Army ROTC Scholarship Program

Army ROTC has scholarships available whether you are army-rotc-scholarshipa college-bound high school student or already attending an ROTC participating college or university.  Scholarships are based on merit and grades.

Four Year Army ROTC Scholarships.

4 Year Scholarships for High School Students

  • For the high school student planning on attending a four year college or university
  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 26
  • Have a high school GPA of 2.5
  • Be a US citizen
  • Have graduated from high school
  • Scored a minimum of 920 on the SAT or 19 on the ACT
  • Meet physical fitness requirements
  • Agree to accept a commission and serve in the Army on Active Duty or in a Reserve Component (U.S. Army Reserve or Army National Guard)

 

4 Year Scholarships for College Freshmen

These scholarships are rewarded to current College Freshmen in their first year of a five-year graduate plan.

  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 26
  • Have a high school GPA of 2.5
  • Be a US citizen
  • Have graduated from high school
  • Scored a minimum of 920 on the SAT or 19 on the ACT
  • Meet physical fitness requirements
  • Agree to accept a commission and serve in the Army on Active Duty or in a Reserve Component (U.S. Army Reserve or Army National Guard)

 

3 Year Scholarships

These Scholarships are rewarded to students already enrolled in an ROTC participating college or university with three academic years remaining.

  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 26
  • Have a high school GPA of 2.5
  • Be a US citizen
  • Have graduated from high school
  • Scored a minimum of 920 on the SAT or 19 on the ACT
  • Meet physical fitness requirements
  • Agree to accept a commission and serve in the Army on Active Duty or in a Reserve Component (U.S. Army Reserve or Army National Guard)

 

2 Years Scholarships

Students are eligible for two-year scholarships if they have two academic years of college remaining.

  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 26
  • Have a high school GPA of 2.5
  • Be a US citizen
  • Have graduated from high school
  • Scored a minimum of 920 on the SAT or 19 on the ACT
  • Meet physical fitness requirements
  • Agree to accept a commission and serve in the Army on Active Duty or in a Reserve Component (U.S. Army Reserve or Army National Guard)

 

Army ROTC Scholarships can provide monthly living allowances for each calendar school year.  The amount of money earned depends on the students level in the ROTC curriculum.

  • 1st year $250 per month
  • 2nd year $300 per month
  • 3rd year $350 per month
  • 4th year $400 per month
